    Real talk? It’s time well spent. We’ve developed the program to help you move forward in a productive way at a sustainable pace. But it does take commitment from you. The weekly sessions will all be recorded if you can’t join live giving you flexibility to move through at your own pace and in your own way.

  • Seriously, one hour a week. We suggest trying to commit at least an hour a week, and then as much more as you have capacity for to reflect and take action.
