Re-Work is about community. Have you ever wondered what your life might look like if you rested or even played a little more?
How we can help
A place and community to connect with as we do the hard work of reimagining what work can look like in our lives and craft careers of meaning. Together.
We made this for you. If you’re someone who is seeking change in your work life or just better balance. If you are ambitious and dedicated, creative and seeking community, but have found yourself a little lost in your life and career–or just tired and uninspired–and don’t want to be. If you are on or seeking a new path and don’t want to do it alone. Then, yes, we’re sure of it, Re-Work is for you.
Really we’re creating the community we wish we had when we were doing this work.

What people in the community love about us
“Re-Work was a really unique workshop experience with the combination of content (psychology-based) and data (research-based) that was presented. The Re-Work equation was really great to be able to distill the information and allow you to walk away with tangible tools and applications. The Re-Work secret sauce is really rooted in the insight (my interpretation) that human talent/capital is being utilized by old ways of working that lead to burnout and unsustainable business practices. Re-Work focuses on the individual's relationship with work and challenges you to be more conscious and considerate in how you choose to engage with work. ”
— Janice Liu, CEO Mantis Group and Co-Founder Filling the Gap
“I loved attending the Re-Work workshop because it allowed me to come to terms with the fact that I need to rethink how I approach the concept of work. The entire workshop was engaging from beginning to end, with various ways for participants engage with the resources provided. I left the workshop feeling at ease knowing I'm not alone when it comes to feeling burnt out and exhausted by how I've built my lifestyle around work. Since attending the workshop, I've begun to rethink how work fits into my life and started building a proper 5 year plan which prioritizes rest alongside my passion and life goals.”
— Tanya Hoshi, Film Producer
“From the beginning, Re-Work provided me with the context, community, and resources to create a life where work was an element of my experience and not the nucleus of it. Through storytelling, group discussions, interactive activities, self-reflection exercises, and a roadmap to a bold, integrated life, Re-Work helped me get still, connect to my inner voice, prioritize rest, engage in creative exploration, and define a future that spoke to every element of who I am as a person. As founders, program designers, educators, and facilitators, Chantaie Allick and Natasha Singh are incredible. They share their own stories so that we feel less alone, and root each element of the Re-Work equation in lived experience so we can understand what it means to be and become who we are in this world.”
— Prasanna Ranganathan, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging Advisor, Consultant and Leader
“Re-Work is ushering forward much needed paradigm shifts on our relationship to rest, ambition and success. Through impactful storytelling, experiential learning and high care, Chantaie and Natasha have cultivated a space for courageous conversations and transformation. Among the many things that make Re-work special is its unwavering commitment to disrupting how burnout and disengagement is addressed. By curating inclusive spaces for discussion, Re-Work has taken these conversations from behind closed doors to open forums that are approached with care.”
— Chivon John, Wellness Educator & Consultant
“Re-Work is unlike any personal or “professional development” practice I’ve experienced. Chantaie and Natasha pour their wisdom, empathy, heart and souls into these workshops. When you’re in the room with them: it’s palpable. The mindset and tools that they teach have left me empowered to make significant improvements to my relationship with work. More importantly: these same tools have meaningfully improved my relationship with myself. I really can’t recommend Re-Work, Chantaie, and Natasha enough. ”
