Okay. It’s Time for REAL Change in Your Life ✨
PART 3: A special note from Chantaie (take your time with this one because there's something for you at the end):
Did you know we spend 80,000-100,000 hours of our lives working, [FIRST NAME GOES HERE]? That’s about 10 years of our, on average, 81 years of life. We waste too much of our short time on earth hating our jobs or being confused about how we want to live. And feeling bad about ourselves for it.
The thing is, in our current system, we have to work 😤. But we don’t have to suffer through it. We can choose a different path. One that is less expected, less common, but SO MUCH more fulfilling. It’s scary to do things differently, but in these times it’s almost a necessity.
I am, on most days, living my dream work life. I don’t get the Sunday dreads anymore and I actually look forward to the work week. I spent the first year of building my business taking Fridays to rest, because I still had to address my burnout. Then when I was better, I integrated rest into all my days. I re-worked not just my career, but my entire life.
That's when Natasha approached me about sharing that process--both of our processes--with more people. Offering the community we had benefited from to others. Things just got better from there. More alignment came in. I was invited to write a kids book, work with a business coach I’ve admired and followed for years, and so much more. In many ways, I’m living my best work life and I’m doing it from a place of rest, play, and creativity.
We started Re-Work and shared our workshops, resources, and frameworks to offer that same experience of community, possibility, and freedom to others.
When I first quit my job, I didn’t know what was next, but I knew there had to be something better. Building my business and then life within a Re-Work framework proved me right. Seeing friends use the same lessons to build thriving careers and lives working in corporate reinforced my belief in this magical little framework we developed.
We've shared through in-person workshops and the Re-Work Equation Workbook.
But we have found that the best way to truly do this work and integrate it into your life so you can craft the career (and life) with meaning is through our digital group coaching program. Through community.
We built Re-Work (Connect) specifically so we could bring what we have learned over the past three years as we built Re-Work to more people. Last year we launched it and this is what folks had to say about the experience:
“My key takeaway was that it’s okay if work isn’t our entire identity. The program gave me time to pause and come up with new systems to work.”
“More than anything, I enjoyed the small group discussions and intimacy of the program.”
“Natasha and Chantaie are a dynamic duo who center community, care, and hope in each of their sessions. I found their approach to burnout management to be relatable, practical, and accessible. Thank you both for creating and sharing this program and offering to the community.”
“Being in community with others really helped me to understand it’s normal to be here (burned out) and nothing to be ashamed of.”
“It was such a magical experience! Thank you for creating such a safe space for dialogue, exploration, community building, and learning.”
“A transformative experience.”
So...
